After the client's initial contact an appointment is made for Edward to meet with the client. Edward always meets with the client directly. The first meeting is scheduled at the event location. It is crucial to do a walk through of the event site in order to give the client viable design suggestions. Edward has designed parties all over the world so traveling is never an issue. The next step is to discuss with the client their needs and desires. during this meeting basic elements such as colors, logistics, focal points, and textures are touched upon. Edward Bellingeri Design offers other aspects of design as well as flowers, these include specialty linens, props, and lighting. Some clients take advantage of these services, others only need flowers. Either way, the process is the same. After all the information is gathered, Edward sends the client a proposal. All proposals are line item so the client can pick and choose each element individually. If the client accepts the proposal a 50% deposit is given to secure the date. Anything in the proposal can be changed until two weeks prior to the event. At that time all details are finalized and the balance is paid in full. Edward's clients find that he makes the design process effortless and enjoyable, an integral part of the actual celebration, creating an environment that translates into an ambiance that amazes and amuses the client and their guests.
