Data entry is automated and automatically formatted to the extent possible which results in faster data entry and retrieval as well as accurate and consistent information.
We provide database systems for homes, businesses, organizations and colleges. All record keeping, correspondence and reports can be done within one program. There is no need to go from your database to your word processor to your contact manager and to your accounting program to do your work. All calculations and documents can be generated in one system with the click of a button. There is also no need to learn four or five programs. We will work with you to insure that the system meets your needs and does what you want it to do "your way". Forms, browse tables, letters, labels and reports can be designed to your specifications. Sylvia Tobias, the founder of Customdata Solutions, has had over 40 years of office experience in the fields of banking, government and higher education. She has been using personal computers since 1983 and has experimented with all types of software and hardware. In the process she has determined that database systems provide the most efficient and flexible means of storage and retrieval of information. She is an independent consultant for the Alpha Software Company and uses their product, Alpha Five, to create custom database systems for small to medium-sized companies and organizations.
