| California Financial Services (CFS) was founded in 1986 as a financial advisory firm and today provides a wide range of financial and facility planning services. CFS maintains southern and northern California offices in San Juan Capistrano and Santa Rosa, respectively. The firm is staffed with two bankers, two facility planners, one account administrator and three office administrators. CFS provides municipal facility planning and financing primarily in California but also in Nevada, Texas and the U.S. Territories. In addition, CFS has advised local governments on matters exceeding $500 million of developer mitigation, State school funding, redevelopment agency formation and bonding, joint use development of surplus government property, and alternative project delivery methods for new project savings.
