    John Montgomery has been designing personalized environments for over 30 years. Clients hire LM-LA because of John's unique art, construction, and architectural background along with his exclusive Budge Analysis feature. John is well aware that while design options are limitless, most budgets are not.
    
    The Conceptual Landscape Plan provides the conceptual design. Once the plans are completed clients may hire a contractor or utilize our Additional Services.

    Over the past 30 years John Montgomery has designed a variety of commercial projects including schools, apartments, condominiums and other institutions. His projects can be found throughout California.

    Design Development (Pre-requisite: Conceptual Plan)
    Some projects require additional services: outside counsel, feasibility studies, jurisdictional approvals etc... We are available to facilitate any necessary step.
    
    Construction Documents (Pre-requisite: Conceptual Plan)
    Construction Documents clarify artistic detailing and structural integrity. Some clients don't want contractors choosing the building specifics. While the Conceptual Landscape Plan shows "where" to Build, Construction Documents spell out "how" to Build.
    
    Construction Services (Pre-requisite: Construction Documents)
    Given the infinite number of decisions needed during construction, we provide assistance with contractor selection, bid analysis, and site observation. These services help determine that your project will be completed the way it was envisioned.
