Established in 1975, Bateman Manufacturing Co., Inc., currently occupies a full service, self-contained, precision machine shop in the San Francisco Bay Area, near the Hayward Air Terminal in Hayward, California.

Precision Machining - Tooling - Prototype - Production

With 125 years of combined experience, we can offer expert assistance with problem solving, design modification, and production scheduling.

We offer four axis total contouring CNC manufacturing and custom machining. Our state-of-the-art, integrated manufacturing system assures consistent, cost-effective, on-time operations.

We make precision parts, using stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and plastics.
CAD/CAM programming of parts.
CNC turning and milling. We can turn parts up to 24" in diameter in the turning centers and machine parts up to 60" x 30" in the machining centers.
Pre- and post-machining of similar and dissimilar brazement materials.
Prototype and production runs.
Inspection facilities certified to MIL-I 45208A.
ISO 9002 compliant.
