Practicing Since: 1990 Professional/Personal Statement: In choosing psychotherapy, an individual is making a commitment to a psychological journey in the hope of enriching and improving their life. Whether in a crisis or in a major life transition, patients are seeking to make positive changes. In working with clients, I proceed as both a partner and a source of support and information. We embark on this journey together, set important goals and monitor our progress. My psychotherapeutic style is an integration of psychodynamic and family systems theories. At time Humanistic Psychology and /or a Jungian perspective also inform my work. Each person is a unique individual and deserves to be heard and understood.
