| In practicing psychotherapy for over 16 years I have worked with many different kinds of people from a variety of backrounds. I hope to provide a therapeutic environment where people feel safe to talk about whatever is on their mind. I am practical in my approach to dealing with current life problems as well as help people understand themselves and their past. I believe that the more we can know about ourselves the more likely we will make positive life choices. I see psychotherapy as a way to facilitate this process. I have worked extensively with adolescents, and very much enjoy this age group.
