 LSA – Cleanpart is the leader in the delivery of comprehensive cleaning, refinishing and reconditioning of parts and assemblies for the semiconductor equipment industry. Our company is committed to on time delivery, superior quality, and partnering closely with the customer to create intelligent solutions to unique requirements.

The LSA - Cleanpart philosophy consists of producing a product and/or service that consistently delivers to our customers. We strive to hire the best people for all phases of our operations. An emphasis is placed on people who have previously worked in an inspection or quality function. We have found that people with this kind of background add value to our operations by understanding what it takes to build in quality where it belongs. We have developed over 150 technical operating procedures that range from qualifying a new supplier to AutoCad drawn masking instructions. LSA - Cleanpart has implemented a policy of documenting procedures from the first day of business. These procedures are conformant with ISO 9000 requirements. We utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) to identify trends in processes, and to understand how the processes are performing.

LSA - Cleanpart's operational system was designed around providing a 24-hour lead time requirement for delivering product to our customers. However, we understand that the best supplier is one that maintains a flexible attitude toward business. The flexibility extends to multiple pick-ups/deliveries within a given day, as well as, working with engineers/customers to establish blanket purchase orders. There are many opportunities to supply our customers with same day service.

We utilize an internal computerized order tracking system. The system is similar to the one that is utilized within the machining industry. A master traveler is established on the system that is traceable to the Customer name, Part number, Part description, Customer P.O., and date. When there is a repeat job, the Job Set-up personnel query the Customer name and part number, verify the revision level, and automatically copy the traveler instructions for the current job. This method insures repeatability of process. If the traveler instructions need modification in any way, the authorized Engineering personnel will make a Master Update. The updates are documented and dated on a revision log within the body of the traveler. Job status on this system can be determined within a matter of seconds. To make certain that the internal order tracking system maintains integrity and the data generated is accurate, flow charts and consistent procedures are in place for employees to follow.

Significant manufacturing and capital equipment capabilities are as follows:
  • PLC Controlled Automated Chemical Cleaning Line
  • All Cleaning solutions are continuously agitated
  • Double Counter-flow D.I. water rinses; .1 m-Ohm minimum purity
  • Final Hot D.I. rinses maintained to >3.0 m-Ohm minimum purity (avg.8m-Ohm)
  • Ultrasound D.I. rinses maintained to >3.0 m-Ohm minimum purity (avg.8m-Ohm)
  • Class 100 & 1000 Cleanroom with N2 automated packaging capabilities
  • 5-Axis PC Controlled Automated Abrasive Blast Machine
  • Metallurgical Microscope (50,100,200,500X) with image capturing capabilities
  • Federal 5000 Surface Analyzer, provides 27 surface profile variables (SPC)
  • PC Controlled Eddy Current Coating thickness measurement equipment (SPC)
  • PC Controlled Beta-backscatter Coating thickness measurement equipment (SPC)
  • Selective Plating Equipment
  • Computer Controlled Anodize Processing (SPC)
  • 18 m-Ohm D.I. water generation system
  • Class1000 Dry Station; E-Polished SST Tank with filtered recirculating air for efficient drying
We are constantly working on new manufacturing and cleaning technologies. We are committed to ongoing process development. Long term projects include developing refurbishing processes for removing various deposited films on semiconductor tooling, researching metal finishing processes to UHV Clean dissimilar materials, and designing a completely automated production system.
