Whole Birth™ Prenatal Yoga and Support Class & Whole Birth™ Mama & Me Postnatal Yoga Support Class The Whole Birth™ Prenatal Yoga welcomes you to share your whole experience. This prenatal class consists of mindful body awareness & meditation, yoga and sharing the sacredness of transformation in the childbearing year. It is more than an asana class (yoga postures); together we form a circle and share what it means to be pregnant, present and aware. It is a resource center for the mom to be. In Whole Birth Mama & Me Postnatal Yoga Class, bring your baby and join other new moms and share your experiences of motherhood as you practice yoga and create a support circle.
