At ABsolute Center we have created a place that exemplifies the best in personalized one-on-one training. We combine the practices of all three methods, Pilates, Yoga and Resistance training, to aid our clients to pusure their fitness and lifestyle goals. Our classes are designed to maximize individual attention in a group environment.
Reconditioning Reconditioning training is an integrated physical training process of returning your body back to a balanced and fully functioning system. This type of physical training begins with a functional postural assessment to determine the primary and secondary areas of focus for your training programming. The training includes myofascial release work, static and dynamic stretching, core, balance and neuromuscular reactive work as well as resistive training. All of this together with gait and movement specific analysis places you on the right path to return to a fully functioning system. Pilates Pilates method of exercise is based from the principles developed in the early 1900's by Joseph Pilates. These principles encompass the use of concentration, control, center, fluidity, precision, breath, imagination, intuition, and integration. Pilates believed by practicing these principles the the body and minds natural intelligence will begin to self-correct misalignments and distorted muscle firing patterns. This is how Pilates can redefine your body. Practicing these principles under an objective eye of a Certified Pilates Instructor can enhance the dynamic synergy of the mind and body working together.
