| Who are we? DM Stone Recruitment Solutions is a full-service employment firm providing interim and contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire ("contingency search") placement services to a broad range of companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and other parts of California and the U.S. What do we specialize in? DM Stone has four main specialties: Financial Services Industry (banking and trust, stockbrokerage, investment management, etc.); Accounting and Finance; Administrative Staff; and Information Technology. Our specialized divisions and typical positions we recruit for are described in further detail under each division below. Who are our clients? DM Stone's clients include a full range of banks and trust companies, stockbrokerage and investment management firms, and other corporations of all sizes, from the service industry to manufacturing and not-for-profits. Who do we recruit? DM Stone places candidates at all levels and in many different job areas. Many of these positions require a 4- or 5-year college degree, and some require industry experience and/or certifications (e.g., NASD Series 7 license, CPA, CFA). Computer skills and experience are often required as well. Typical positions are listed under our respective divisions below. Where and how do we recruit? DM Stone invests heavily in local, regional and national print advertising and web postings. We promote our referral fee program to job applicants, contract workers, and former contract employees. We also recruit at colleges, job fairs, and outplacement agencies, and network in our communities, often through participation in professional trade organizations and Chamber of Commerce activities. DM Stone also maintains a sophisticated search database containing the resumes of thousands of applicants and former contract employees. How do we screen our applicants? DM Stone interviews our candidates, checks employment references, tests for computer and general clerical skills where appropriate, and performs criminal and/or other investigations, depending on the job level and duties, and on hiring companies' requirements. How do we charge for our services? DM Stone bills its corporate clients for its services. There is no fee to the individual job applicant. What are the divisions and types of placements at DM Stone?
