| SPRING LIFE Acupuncture & Massage is a caring wellness center dedicated to facilitate healing for patients using Chinese Medicine- increasing individual health awareness and embodiment. We serve the community of Hercules and San Francisco as an enlightening health resource. We will educate our clients about their own bodies and how their lifestyles have an impact of their health. We will coach the individuals through their own healing with acupuncture, herbs, and other comforting modalities. Spring Life Acupuncture and Healing provides services to treat many different areas of health. To complement our sessions, we promote education and self-healing techniques. 1. General Health Acupuncture Therapy: o Preventative Health and Health Maintenance – In order to stay healthy, one must take action to take care of the body that takes care of you. It’s more beneficial for ones overall health and wellness to maintain a strong vitality than to treat a weakened condition. o Stress Reduction – Stress is a direct contribution to poor health. Some symptoms may include, and are not limited to, tension headaches, anxiety, insomnia, shortness of breath and lack of clarity. Our treatments will focus on relaxation of ones body and mind in order to relieve and prevent all stress causing ailments. o Energy Rejuvenation –Spend each waking hour with energy and life.Our treatments will help to increase ones energy both physically and mentally. We will reduce fatigue and help one feel refreshed and energized naturally. o Emotion Balance – Live a positive and loving life. Our treatments include Breathing techniques and Visualizations, (6 healing sounds and inner smile) while complementing our acupuncture sessions. 2. Digestive and Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy: Digestion and Abdominal ailments may become very painful and uncomfortable when left untreated. Some digestive and abdominal symptoms may include, and are not limited to, abdominal discomfort, irritable bowels, and constipation. Our specialized Digestive Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy includes our individualized Internal Organ Massage to complement with our acupuncture session. 3. Musculoskeletal (Physical) Pain Relief Acupuncture Therapy: Treat any musculoskeletal pain before it evolves into something more serious. Our individualized Acupuncture treatment will help to decrease pain by circulating stagnant Qi and blood. Treatments may include cupping and meridian work, based on individual symptoms. Some symptoms of musculoskeletal pain may include, and are not limited to, stiff neck and shoulder pain, backaches, knee pains, tennis elbow, and sciatica pain. Complications can include muscle spasm, intense tightness, radiating discomfort, electric sensation up neck and down limbs, and tingling sensation in extremities. Our treatments are designed to help reduce and relieve ones individual symptom while at the same time, strengthen the body part. 4. Women’s Health Acupuncture Therapy: * Fertility/Pregnancy-Treatments focus on harmonizing ones body in order to prepare oneself for pregnancy, as well as to improve chances of becoming pregnant. This program includes a series of acupuncture and massage sessions to align ones body center. Learning food and nutritional guidelines help “nourish ones garden in order to plant a healthy viable seed”. Our treatments are also helpful during pregnancy to decrease possibility of miscarriage and post-partum to help overcome Qi and blood lost, sometimes experienced as extreme weakness and/or depression. * Menstruation Cycles – Our treatments will help each individual to regulate irregular periods, and to reduce PMS symptoms such as irritability, cramps, fatigue, and emotional imbalance. * Menopause- Our Acupuncture treatments are individualized to provide the best support and treatment for menopausal and pre-menopausal symptoms. Symptoms may include insomnia, mild to extreme hot-flashes, irregular bleedings, and emotional imbalance. We will help women to reduce discomfort both physically and mentally in this transition of their lives. 5. Hepatitis C Acupuncture Therapy Our programs include acupuncture treatment sessions, herbal remedies, and self-healing exercises and meditations. Some symptoms may include flu-like symptoms, muscle and joint pains, nausea, aversions to foods, extreme weight-loss, depression, and abdominal tenderness. Our Hep. C Wellness Program will help those with liver diseases and Hep. C to improve their way of living. 6. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Therapy With advanced science and technology, women have many choices of facial rejuvenation. However, many of the western practices and techniques for cosmetic improvements come with great risks and high costs. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Therapy is known as the natural alternative solution for this modern day trend. Facial Rejuvenation treatments promote the circulation of Qi and Blood in the face.
